As part of Alterval’s plan to make our mentoring system available on an international level, we have developed both French and English versions of our mentoring tests for highly-qualified employees.
Created in partnership with the Polytechnic Institute, this mentoring system aims to facilitate the transmission of knowledge linked to technical and scientific expertise.
As it has been developed in association with a multinational company, it will allow internationally-renowned experts to transmit their knowledge, derived from their substantial experience, to their most promising colleagues. This human resources strategy is based on the will to base the products of tomorrow on expertise that is the result of experience.
More specifically, Alterval’s task consisted of matching up the profiles of the employees involved in the mentoring project and optimising their collaboration.
Thus Alterval is now in a position to provide solutions to knowledge transmission issues, whether from experts to novices or from experts to experienced colleagues, in both French and English.
